Not at Norris Hot Springs. Our mission is to source the ingredients we use in our dishes from our own garden and from small farms and ranches in the surrounding area. WHY WE GROW
Having the freedom to interact with a food system is an important portion of what we do and tying in geothermal to make it possible through all four seasons is our responsibility. We grow what we want too eat and hope that the customers want the same!
WHAT WE GROW
We grow more than 35 varieties of vegetable, as well as fruits herbs and companion plants and flowers to bring soil diversity and pollinators.
HOW WE GROW
Organically of course!
We also utilize practices of permiculture, which just means we uphold the ideals of crop diversity, resilience, natural productivity, and sustainability. Our unique soil means that our produce is high in natural minerals packing in vitamins and FLAVOR. Choosing these practices also ensures that our ecosystem is a healthy environment for us, our staff, our pets, wildlife, and pollinators.
